Shipping and Return Quick FAQ's

  • We try our best to make sure demensions are listed with many items such as antler jewelry, bags, clothing, & accessories. Please be sure to check the measurements closely.  If you have any additional questions about a product please email us at outdoorglam.store@gmail.com. Any items that are eligible to be returned for store credit are shipped back at the buyers expense. 

  • We ship ALL in-stock items in orders fast and free within the United States within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday. We Ship to Canada for FREE at $99. Items are in stock unless they are labeled otherwise. We have 100's of items in stock and ready to ship! 

  • ***PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL NOT SHIP IMEDIATELY,PRE-ORDER PROJECTED SHIP DATES ARE LOCATED IN PRE-ORDER ITEMS DESCRIPTION. 

  • We ship through USPS. Orders are primarily shipped via First Class package (3-7 bus. days transit time).You can purchase faster (Priority 1-3 bus. days) shipping at checkout for $6.55. Please be aware that if you order a PRE-ORDER product and add priority shipping that the item will not ship until we receive them after manufacturing. Once we have the poduct and are fulfilling pre-orders we will ship by priority if that is the method the customer chooses and pays for.

 

  • Oders cannot be canceled after being placed. 

  • PRE-ORDER ITEMS: By ordering a pre-order item you are agreeing to the terms. We try and give a pretty close estimate to our Pre-order ship date as we possibley can. We try to set an accurate date but please keep in mind that it is only an estimate. Orders may ship before or even after the intended date.  Pre-Orders cannot be canceled.Pre-order items are expected to ship by the time frame we give but not guarenteed. Delays are possible due to order volume, production delays, etc. Pre-Order items are considered final sale because these items are limited edition and made to order. Refunds cannot be given due to delays in pre-order shipment. Some of our pre-orders require a minimun order total for something to be set into production. If quota isn't reached a refund will be issued. By purchasing the items you have agreed to the wait for production. USA:If you purchase other items with your pre-order items we will go ahead and ship the in-stock items. ***CANADA: Please place 2 seperate orders. One for pre-order and one for in-stock. Due to the high cost of shipping if you place an order with mixed pre-order and in-stock items we won't be able to ship your order until the Pre-Order ships! 

  • Please be sure to enter your full & correct shipping address & email address. If you feel as though you have made an error with either please send us an email ASAP to outdoorglam.store@gmail.com so we can fix the issue. We send the tracking information to the email left with us during checkout. Please check junk/spam folders. We are not responsible for packages sent when we've been given an incorrect shipping address. 

  • We closely inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure it lives up to our quality standards. If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item please reach out to us via outdoorglam.store@gmail.com within 2 days. Please include photos, a brief description of the issue, and your order #.  

  • We do not reccommend any of our items for children. All of our products are for adult wear only. 

  • Outdoor Glam aims for 100% customer satisfaction for each purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may send it back for store credit. The returned item must arrive back to our location within 15 days of the original purchase date. We do not give cash refunds, only store credit. The only way we give a cash refund is if an item you order is out of stock.

  • ​Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned to us for store credit. Orders past 15 days are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.  ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING BLACK FRIDAY & OTHER SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

  • Coupon codes are only valid as long as they have not expired. We cannot apply coupon codes to previous orders. Once a coupn has expired it can no longer be used. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase in the promo line at checkout. We do not refund the the difference of the forgotten code.

            

  • **Only one valid coupon code can be used. Coupon Codes CANNOT be combined.
